The 2008 KGD Workshop exhibition will be held September 8-9, 2008 in the Fountain Courtyard at the Embassy Suites Napa Valley.

Amenities
The exhibitor registration fee includes all of the following:
- Exhibit space with one 6 ft. skirted table, 2 chairs, and access to electrical outlets.
- One free workshop admission, incuding technical sessions, receptions, luncheons and the winery tour .
- Option for 1 reduced-price registration for an additional attendee.
- One copy of the workshop proceedings.
- Complimentary Monday night reception in exhibits area for all attendees.
- Free advertisement space in the workshop proceedings.
Be sure to reserve your hotel room at the Embassy Suites before the room block expires on August 1, 2008.

| 5:30pm-7:00pm | Special reception for all participants in exhibit area. |

| 3:30pm | Exhibits close. Buses depart for private winery tour at 3:45pm. |

| No exhibits. Workshop program ends at noon. | |
Shipping
Items may be shipped to the hotel no more than 48 hours prior to the event with notification to the Catering Department (707-253-9540) of size of shipment. The hotel does not accept responsibility for loading, unloading, or placement of oversized shipments. Special arrangements must be made between the exhibiting party and the contracted delivery company. Use Fountain Court entrance for deliveries - no shipment or deliveries are allowed through the front lobby entrance.

Free Advertisement in Workshop Proceedings
All exhibitors may place one full-page black & white advertisement (sponsor ads will be printed in color) in the workshop proceedings free of charge.
Ads are due on August 1, 2008.
Please follow the specifications below to submit your ad electronically. Ads that do not meet the specifications will not be included.
Accepted formats: Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), Adobe Illustrator (.eps), Microsoft Word (.doc), or high-resolution JPEG (.jpg) image.
Size: 7.5 in.(w) X 10 in.(h). No bleed.
Black & white only. If a color ad is sent, it will be printed in black & white.
