2007 KGD Workshop wrap-up

The 2007 KGD Packaging and Test Workshop provided attendees with the best of workshops; timely technical presentations, engaging exhibits and engaging networking time built into the schedule. The workshop placed its emphasis on testing for KGD, especially rf devices, however, there were additional sessions on KGD Engineering, enabling technologies for advanced packaging as well as business and market developments and regional updates.

The free tutorials on Monday provided a chance for more in-depth discussion of test and screening issues for KGD processing.

We're now beginning to plan for next year's workshop, which will be held on September 7 - 10, 2008 in the beautiful Napa Valley. Please give us your input, or request to be on our mail list.
