8th Annual KGD Packaging and Test Workshop
System in a Package - it all starts here!
The 8th annual KGD Packaging and Test workshop was held in Napa, California on September 9-12, 2001. It contained 6 technical sessions and an exhibition of Die Products materials, components and equipment. Our theme this year was "System in a Package - it all starts here!" and we had a number of excellent presentations concerning all aspects of SIP technologies.
The workshop had over 90 attendees from 65 companies from the USA, Europe, and Asia including China, Japan and Hong Kong. Once again, the workshop proved it has become the premier conference for IC back-end processes and has received worldwide recognition and support.
