The 9th Annual International KGD Packaging and Test Workshop was held September 8-11, 2002 in Napa,
California.
The workshop was attended by 105 persons representing 75 companies. The workshop was again well attended by representatives from companies outside the USA. The IEEE CPMT was the workshop's technical co-sponsor of the workshop.
