Bare Die Assembly Factory Situation in China for Consumer Products

Recently,consumer electronics products made in China have been coming up to a higher level of quality. This presentation will show current real assembly process for bare die product in China for consumer electronics products. Topics will include:
- bare die product handling in China factory for consumer products,
- common defect mode for bare die,
- quality improvement action in China factory, and
- technical supporting methods.
