The goal of this tutorial is to enlighten the designer in both challenges and proposed solutions for doing efficient SiP design. This tutorial will highlight the key design challenges that must be addressed to enable SiP design as a mainstream design capability and offer a top level architect for a system driven design solution for SiP. A conceptual solution for a SiP design environment will be introduced and specific workflows will be demonstrated.
