Efficient SiP/POP Test Methodology

In a view of SiP/POP development and production, test time reduction and test step simplification etc. is very critical and important factor in order to secure the backend cost efficiency. So, this topic will handle the test step skip, time reduction and test item skip possibility of AP, GPS, MP3 application SiP/POP etc. In order to confirm it, the various experiment was carried out in the production. Thru things of various kinds, the efficient test methodology can be tried and realized.

My job is Product Engineering in Mobile, Printer and SiP/POP product. Experience in Process Architecture from 1992 to 1997, Product and Test engineering from 1998 to now. In a view of product, I handled CCD/CIS, CPU and Mobile (Modem/GPS/AP/DMB/MP3 etc.) product. As of now, I'm in charge of Mobile/Printer product including SiP/POP.
